If you are on the 21 Day Fix this is a great recipe for you to use! It was so yummy and you felt like you were eating pasta!! Here is what you need to do:
Greek Plain Yogurt
Can of Artichokes
Salt and Pepper
Cut the spaghetti squash in 1/2 and fill with water, place it in the microwave for 10 minutes.
While that is cooking dice a quarter of an onion and place in a pan with 1 tbs of oil. Minced garlic and add it to the pan. While that is cooking add 1/2 of container of plain greek yogurt. Then you can add your diced artichokes and spinach to the pan. Cook until spinach is cooked down!
Fill each spaghetti bowl with ingredients from the pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and enjoy!!
