A Rustic Wedding Shower

My best friend is getting married!! HAAA!! I am so excited I could scream! She has one of the kindest hearts out there and I am so happy to be part of her big day!

She is having a rustic wedding and her shower was the same! It was a beautiful day for a beautiful girl!

The centerpieces were super cute with a touch of fall!

The favors were adorable! Two of the bridesmaids, Domenica & Morissa, got these made up! Super cute matches to go with a yankee candle personalized for the day of her shower!

I was in charge of the games!  I got this super cute bingo game from Creative Union Design!

Ian and I met over 10 years ago. We worked for the same company, both as Graphic Designers. A few office happy hours later, we started dating. We bought a house, moved to the country, got married and started to travel. Then we traveled a little more... and a little more - we were always planning our next big adventure. Then our lives changed forever when our twin boys, Leo and Ewan, came into the picture. Now everyday is a new adventure and we are loving every single second!

NOW, LET'S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS.I had been working on Freelance Graphic Design since 2002. My client base had slowly been growing and we decided it was time to become a legitamite business, so in 2008 Ian and I started Creative Union Design. It's been a wonderful experience. We've met so many great people and had the opportunity to work on tons of exciting projects. We love to collaborate with our clients and develop clean design solutions to fit their needs and ultimately make their businesses more profitable. 
We started the Etsy extension of our business in 2013. After we had our twins, we enjoyed creating our own birth announcement so much that we decided to extend our services and "design for life's big moments" (that's our motto). Our experience here with Etsy has been A... wait for it... MAZING. It has allowed me to become a stay at home Mom and full-time freelance designer. I am so thankful for all the wonderful people who purchase our designs - without you this wouldn't be possible! [Seriously, thank you!] :)

Welcome! For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by color and typography. In my work I strive to create a unique presence for events and things used in every day life. All designs are thoughtfully created by myself. The designs are a combination of striking fonts and interesting color palettes that are sure to attract a lot of attention.

The design of this card features amazing typography combined with a fun mad libs for your guests. Your guests will fill in the blanks to create a love story of the couple. This Mad Libs card is sure to be a hit. They will fill out the front side, then fill in the blanks to create a fun story!

Peaches & Cream Wedding Shower Festivities

My youngest sister-in-law is getting married and we couldn't be happier!! Her color scheme is peach and champagne! So me and my other sister-in-law got to work to make the most amazing shower we could for Kate!

Introducing: Barbara A Ryan I am an artist by trade, and I love creating unique and fun works of art! My goal, as an artist, is to create each and every piece of work to the best of my abilities! I will often do some hand stenciling, some stamping, and some illustrations directly onto the cards! I will use scrapbook papers if they fit into my design, and I do love to add some embellishments to jazz things up! I offer a unique style to the Banners, something different, created by an artist! These are Banners and floorcloths, and gifts of art that you will be proud to display in your home, or to give as gifts! My Wedding Banners are elegant and sophisticated, but I will do a Rustic, or Beach style at your request. I pride myself on being able to create something for your Special Day that reflects who you both are...Just ask me, and Ill let you know if I can do it!  My floorcloths are very eco-friendly! I use organic canvas, and water based soy and acrylic paints and sealants. They are sturdy and durable, lasting for years and years of use! I can design just about anything on a floorcloth! They can match your furniture patterns, wallpaper designs, colors of any room in your home, the ideas are endless! They also make great and unique gifts of Art To Walk on!  She made this beautiful banner for me!

I think this picture perfect dessert table is my  very favorite part.  Cake, cake balls, cupcakes, peach shaped sugar cookies, chocolate lolli pops and a beautiful cake in matching hues of peach really speak to how wonderful  this day was.  Introducing NecessiTees: NecessiTees is a wonderful site!  She was kind enough to give me  24 Cupcake Pick Toppers for Kate's wedding shower.  They really made the tops of the cupcakes standout!  So unique and special to make  the dessert bar standout even more!! Introducing Talking Twine and Trim: Talking Twine and Trim donated these  amazingly cute bags!!  These peach polka treat bags are the  perfect little way to send  your guest off with a favor.  They were 5x7 in size and come 1 dozen to a package.  She sent me 48 of them!  They  were a great addition to Kate's shower! I used these cute bags at the dessert bar to collect the extra goodies for our guests! Introducing  The Stringery: We are a small Etsy shop that  sells all things string and ribbon.  I started this business in February  2012 to fulfill my need for that extra  bit of something on my layout. I love the way Bakers Twine looks on  packages, cards and scrapbook layouts  and I found myself reaching for it often.  I started my collection with just a few  colors and it quickly grew from there. I carry the original twine,  Divine Twine and The Twinery  colors in the shop as well as some basic ribbon.  Each month, I try to add a few new  colors or styles. We just got back from  the Summer Craft and Hobby show  where we found brand new ribbon to bring back. Introducing: Lane Love Design  My shop features fully customizable Invitations, Specialized Cards, and Party Decor. I also enjoy creating custom items. I strive to keep reasonable prices for my designs because I am always looking for a great deal, and I know my customers are too! I love to be creative and express myself through art. But it was my Daughter who inspired me to open an Etsy shop and share my creative talent with the world!  : ]  She made me this adorable sign for  Kate's shower!! Super cute right?? I decided to put together a cute basket  for my sister-in-law as part of her gift!  My husband and I got her this off of her registry            but wanted to do something that was a little bit more sentimental to her! I figured this would  be perfect for her wedding day and her honeymoon!  Introducing: Aren Lace She put together this beautiful  off the shoulder sweatshirt for  Kate's big day!
