Items:
Turkey Breast
Cilantro
Onion
Avocado
Lime
Salt
Pepper
Shred the turkey.
Chop the cilantro up. Tip: Roll the cilantro up to make it easier to cut.
Place the cilantro in with the turkey.
Chop up half an onion and place in bowl.
Add one avocado to the bowl.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add lime:
Mash it all up! YUMMMMM!
I like to eat my salad with thin pretzels, pita chips or even pita bread !!
Eat up butter cup!! ENJOY!!
