Chocolate Mint Brownies

I got this wonderful recipe from someone I work with! It was so good I just needed to share it with you! I had a little helper help me with this recipe too! My nephew Lucas came over for a slumber party with me where we watched movies and ate “poptorn and tandy” all night long! In the morning he helped me make these amazing brownies! Here is how you make them!
Ingredients:
-Good old fashion box brownie mix!
Can you make brownies from scratch? Sure! Did I have time? No! (: My motto is SIMPLE is always BETTER!
&
-Thin Mints
So begin by getting all your ingredients together!

He truly LOVED this next part… licking the spatulas and whisks!

Bake the brownies. Once they come out immediately place the thin mints on top of the hot brownies..

The mints will start to melt…when this happens take a butter knife and spread the mints over the brownies!

Let cool.. sit back and relax while the magic happens!

Once the brownies cool..the mint topping will form a hard shell on top of the brownies! Cut them up and enjoy!!
