Two Ingredients Peanut Butter Cookies!

Oh yes just TWO ingredients! These aren't your normal sugar filled peanut butter cookies! But these are a great treat to have after dinner when you need something sweet or after a workout! They are high in protein and have 1/2 the calories as regular peanut butter cookies!!

What you will need:

2 eggs
2 cups of peanut butter




Place both ingredients in the bowl..



Mix..


Place on cookie tray...


Place a fork in them...



Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned!



 YUMMM!! You could even drizzle a little bit of dark chocolate on top too!

Enjoy!!

Pasta Side Dish Recipe

Have you ever made a meal and had leftovers? We do ALL the time! I tend to make too much...it is the Italian in me! =) Here is a great recipe my friend, Jess, taught me to make when you need a quick side to go with your leftover chicken/beef etc.! Here is how you make it!


Ingredients:

Egg Noodles
Broccoli
Garlic
Olive Oil
Pecorino Ramano Cheese


Steam broccoli...

 In a pan put the olive oil and  minced garlic ...I did about 6 cloves...I love garlic!
 After the broccoli is cooked place it in the pan on low with the garlic and oil!
 Boil water...
 Place pasta inside..
 Once the pasta is done and drained place it in the pan with the broccoli...
 Add Pecorino Romano cheese....
 Stir...
 Place in a bowl...

No Mess No Fuss 1 Pan Wonder!

No Mess No Fuss 1 Pan Wonder....oh yes I said it ONE pan! Looks good right?? Yummy!



This was so easy to make and yummy! You can make this on a quick night when you didn't make anything else for dinner! It is quick, easy and very little clean up or preparation !



Ingredients:
Green Beans
4 Red Potatoes
4 Chicken Breast
Olive Oil 6 TBS
Kocher Salt (a pinch)
6 Cloves of Garlic
Pepper (a pinch)
Perfect Pinch Lemon Herb (a pinch)


Get a pan and spray with PAM...


Cut lemon up and place in pan...





Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic together...


Place green beans in the mixture and mix together..




Place in pan...

Cut potatoes... place in mixture and mix...




Place in pan...



Clean chicken.. place in mixture..coat it and place it in pan...




Squeeze 1/2 of lemon on top...


Sprinkle Perfect Pinch Lemon Herb on top...



Bake 450 for 1 hour!


WA-LA!





Serve and enjoy!!

Healthy Green Smoothie

My husband and I are into drinking green smoothies!! They are SUPER healthy for you and soo good!!! So I decided to share the yummy recipe with you!!


Ingredients:

Spinach (3 cups)
Cucumber (1)
Celery (5 stalks)
Green Grapes (Handful)
Green Apples (2)
Ice (1 cup)
Water (1 glassful)

Cut up the cucumber place inside blender:


1 Glass of water...


 Mix...
 Throw in stalks of celery...
 Spinach...



 Mix...

 Cut up 2 apples...
 And grapes...


 Place ice in blender...
 Mix...
 yummmmm!
 Pour into mason jars and place in fridge!


 YUMMM!!
