Chili Mac & Cheese Recipe

On a cold fall night or winter evening this recipe truly hits the spot! Here is what you will need:

1 Tbs Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Onion, diced
8 Ounces Ground Beef
4 Cups Chicken Broth
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes
3/4 Cup Canned White Kidney Beans (drained and rinsed)
2 Tsps of Chili Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Cumin
Pepper and Salt to Taste
1 Box of Elbow Pasta
3/4 Cup of Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbs of Chopped Fresh Parsley 

On a cold winter night this dish is magical!!

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat and add garlic, onion and beef (drain any excess fat).

2. Stir in all items besides cheese and parsley. Simmer for about 13-15 minutes until pasta is cooked.

3. Remove from heat. Top with cheese and cover until melted, about 2 minutes

4. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley, if desired!

It is as Simple As 1-2-3!
