Meatballs and Meatloaf Freezer Meal

Here is a yummy freezer meal for the fall/winter! What I did was buy 4lb of ground beef and I was able to get several lasagnas, meatballs and even a meatloaf out of it! Here is the meatball and meatloaf recipe! Two easy items made in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients
2 pound ground beef
4 links of uncooked turkey sausage -ground up
2 Egg
1 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 small onion, diced

Directions
Combine all ingredients.

Make as many meatballs as you want I made 15 and then shaped the rest of it into a large meatloaf and placed in an ungreased pan.

Meatballs- Place uncooked in freezer on greased cookie sheet for about an hour (this is called flash freezing) pull out and place in a ziplock bag. When you are ready to eat them, take out however many you want and defrost them. You will then cook them at 350 for 45 minutes.

Meatloaf- DON'T COOK! Wrap in saran wrap, then foil, date and then store in the freezer for up to 6 months.

When you are ready to cook, preheat oven to 350°F.  Bake uncovered at 350ยบ for about an hour. Let cool to room temperature and serve.

It is as Simple As 1-2-3!
