Spinach, Potato, Bacon Quiche Recipe

6 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups of milk
18 Slices of pre cooked bacon
2 Cups spinach
1 Cup cheddar cheese
2 Cups of shredded potatoes
Pie crust

Place crust in the inside of the dish..I used a foil pan so I can just throw it away after we are done-
Take a bowl and add 6 eggs..
Pour 1 1/2 cups of milk in a measuring cup...
Add milk, salt and pepper to the egg mixture..and beat.
 Chop spinach...
Add bacon to the spinach and blend..

Add shredded potatoes on the bottom of the crust ...

Place spinach and bacon mixture on top of the shredded potatoes..

Add egg mixture..

Top it with cheese...

Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown!

Finished product!

Serve it with a nice plate of fruit and eat up buttercup!!!

Have a WONDERFUL 4th of July!
God Bless America!!

It is as simple as 1-2-3!
